What is your returns policy?

Perfetite offers returns/exchange within the first 7 days starting from the date of delivery of the order. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your product, you will not be eligible for return/exchange. 

Please note that the products must be unused and in their original form with attached brand tags. Items without intact tags will NOT be accepted for return/exchange.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product by filling the 'Return/Exchange Request Form' available in the footer section of the website. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your return/exchange and you will be notified via email about the same. Refunds should reflect in your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at perfetitebypradnya@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 7758807155.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return upon receiving the item, as per our Return Policy.
