1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at perfetitebypradnya@gmail.com or drop a WhatsApp message at +91 7758807155.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
1.2 After Dispatch:

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return upon receiving the item, as per our Return Policy.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned under the following conditions:

The item has fit/size issues, is defective, damaged, or not as described. In case of defect/damage, a clear image of the damaged product is mandatory.

Returns are requested within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items that are not in their original state/items without the original tag intact
2.3 How to Initiate a Return:

You can initiate a return by filling the 'Return/Exchange Request Form' which is linked in the footer section of our website

If for some reason you are unable to initiate a return through the website, contact us at perfetitebypradnya@gmail.com with your order details, the reason for the return, and supporting photos (to show that the brand tag is intact).

Upon approval from our end, your return process will begin
2.4 Return Shipping Costs:

Perfetite will cover the return shipping costs if the product has fit/size issues, is defective or damaged.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process:

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
3.2 Refund Compliance:

All refunds are processed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
4. Exchange Policy
You can also opt for an exchange option by filling the 'Return/Exchange Request Form' which is linked in the footer section of our website.
Exchange is possible in case you want a different size or a different colour in the same category of product.
Eg.- Trousers cannot be exchanged for pants and vice versa. In such a case, initiate a return and then reorder the item of your choice.
