1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To cancel an order, contact us at perfetitebypradnya@gmail.com or drop a WhatsApp message at +91 7758807155 (Mon-Sat, 11am to 7pm).

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
1.2 After Dispatch:

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return upon receiving the item, as per our Return Policy.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned under the following conditions:

The item has fit/size issues, is defective, damaged, or not as described. In case of defect/damage, a clear image of the damaged product is mandatory.

Returns are requested within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging.

Free return shipping. Perfetite will take care of the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
3.2 Refund Compliance:

All refunds are processed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
4. Exchange Policy
