What is your return/exchange policy?
- Perfetite offers returns/exchange within the first 7 days starting from the date of delivery of the order. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your product, you will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Please note that the products must be unused and in their original form with attached brand tags. Items without intact tags will NOT be accepted for return/exchange. Return/Exchange Policy
How do i return a product?
- You can return a product by visiting your Customer Account and requesting a return. We will review your request and accept the return only if it meets the conditions mentioned in the Return/Exchange Policy
- How do I exchange a product?
- We currently process exchanges through our return system. If you wish to exchange an item, you will first need to place a return request via your order. Once your return is initiated, we can assist you with an exchange from our end.
- Please note that exchanges are only applicable for a size change in the same product style and color (subject to availability).

- After placing your return request, kindly email us at perfetitebypradnya@gmail.com with your order details and the size you would like instead, and we'll take it forward for you.
What are your shipping locations?
We currently ship across India. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
What are your shipping charges?
- We offer free shipping across India on all our products.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to track your order. You can also track your order from the Customer Account page on the website.
Delivery time/Delays
- Standard delivery times vary between 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Public Holidays may affect delivery times.
- While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, holidays, or logistical issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
